I have gone to the Overland Rd shop for years. Went there yesterday PM and after sitting in the waiting room for almost 1/2 hr, was passed over by a young flirty staffer for a customer, half my age, who checked in 5 minutes after I did. When confronted, she claimed she had called my name. I watched her clean up her work area as well as i/2 of the neighboring area, move her chair and then lean on it. The phone rang, she walked out , took the call and then looked up at the electronic customer waiting list . She never looked at me but looked directly at the young man in the far corner, said something to him, and he got up to follow her back to her station. I then walked back to point out that she took him out of turn and then I left the store. I will not be back. With two tours in Vietnam my hearing is poor. I only have one working ear so I use my eyes to help me assess situations. I did not see her search for the next customer. I saw her look for the customer she wanted to work with and invite him in. Perhaps the system used by Pay n Pack would help your stores, by announcing the next customer over a loud speaker. Your customers could clearly hear their turn and your staff could not cheat the system.

I was first on the list to get my haircut done and Nicole choose the guy that came in and gave her a pitty story. The wait time was 35 minutes. A man in the seats with everyone else that was waiting stands up and proceeds to go back to a stylist and says if he's not next, he's leaving. So he was next. The service order is messed up and should be fixed. Online schedulers should have there own line and walk ins should have there own. Also customers should understand there order and wait time. I will not return nor will my family until this is made right and fixed.
